Mustang Flexes Its Muscle in Grabber Orange
The 2007 model has even more muscle than the Mustang models that came before it. This Mustang offers a bigger and better brake system, tons (figuratively speaking of course) of horsepower, and improved aerodynamics. The 2007 Mustang’s major change is the change in its hood. With previous models, the hood was smooth, but the 2007 model has a bulky hood.
The live axle (also used in the Crown Vic) is making an appearance in 2007 as the support for the 2007 Mustang. In addition, the 2007 Mustangs have spoilers and stripes that pay homage to previous Mustang models and to road race history, burning rubber, and simply “being cool”. The 2007 Mustang GT500 also has a different engine than the 7.0-liter big block V8 that made the 1967 Shelby Mustang GT500 Fastback so popular. For 2007, the Mustang has a “super engine” with 32 valves, double overhead cams, and an Eaton supercharger that makes this GT500 zoom.
The V6 and GT both have comfort packages that make this muscle car more luxurious. In addition to a 6-way power passenger seat are heated seats and an electro chromic mirror with compass. SIRIUS Satellite Radio is also available for those individuals who are willing to pay for the option. The GT has an appearance package that includes an engine cover, rolled exhaust, and hood scoop. Grabber Orange is a new color that is thought to be reminiscent of the ’60s and easily noticed by the masses. Alloy Grey is another new color option with the 2007 model.
